Description
Understanding user needs is a practical introduction designed for anyone who wants to move beyond assumptions around what users want, and to bridge the gap between business objectives and user reality.
In this course, you will:
- Learn how to develop an understanding of your key users and their needs through exploring persona types
- Learn to visualise that persona experience through creating user journeys
- Explore how this can be useful in breaking work down from strategic objectives to actionable work items a team can deliver
- Understand how this enriches the feedback loop between the team and the user
