Description
In this course, we will explore why prioritisation is so fundamental to agile practise. You will understand what it takes to facilitate effective communication around prioritisation and we will introduce you to simple but effective ways to prioritise your work.

You will understand why prioritisation is so important to agile, and how you can put this into practise across your product backlogs and achieve greater focus and transparency around your customer needs.

DDaT skills
- Product Manager

- Business Analyst
Delivery format
The course is delivered as follows:
- Online delivery via MS Teams
- Regular breaks during training
We encourage you to turn on your camera, however this is not a mandatory requirement. If you have any learning requirements, please contact us before the course begins.

This course is designed for delivery teams, with an emphasis on anyone who owns work related to a product or service e.g. Product Managers/ Owners, Delivery Managers and Business Analysts.
