The Scottish Digital Academy delivers courses online (and face-to-face when practical) for anyone working within the public or third sectors in Scotland.
You may be working in, leading on or supporting teams involved in building digital products or services, or you may be in a role where you want to understand more about new ways of working and developing your general skills.
We have courses for everyone, ranging from our :
Awareness courses for people who want to find out more, courses for teams who are building services or working with other teams building services or
for senior leaders needing to lead the creation of services through to courses for more specialised roles such as Product Managers and Business Analysts.
The length of courses varies, depending on objectives and the level of skills needing to be developed.
The aims and objectives of each course can be found on the catalogue page.
Our courses introduce new ways of working, focussed on user-centred service design. Developing these skills contributes to building capability and creating the culture change needed for digital transformation in government.
Key benefits to organisations are:
• increased capability to create industry leading services through service centred design
• increased efficiency
• consistency in learning, ways of working and the implementation of Digital Transformation programmes across the public sector
